Job Description
True HR Partner seeks a motivated, reliable Fast Food Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, and uphold high customer service standards. This full-time, permanent role requires strong leadership and communication skills, prior supervisory experience in fast-food or a comparable environment preferred, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
Mandatory: willingness to attend a 2-week paid training in Sta. Rosa (compensation and lodging provided).
- Supervise daily operations, shifts, and staff coordination
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Assist with inventory control and store reporting
- Maintain speed of service and customer satisfaction
Benefits include paid training, a company Christmas gift, and company events. On-site work required.
