Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the F&B Banquets Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all food and beverage operations for banquets and events.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in F&B management and a deep understanding of banquet operations are required.
You will lead a team of banquet staff, ensure smooth execution of events, maintain high standards of service quality, and work closely with the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
