Job Description
Midori Hotel is seeking an experienced F&B Director to oversee the entire food and beverage department. Responsibilities include:
- Managing banquet and outlet operations, staffing, and budgeting.
- Controlling orders, inventory, and deliveries.
- Driving cost-effective solutions to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Developing and monitoring realistic budgets using historical data.
- Analyzing financial and consumer data.
- Nurturing vendor relationships.
- Collaborating with chefs to create enticing menus.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Ensuring stellar customer service.
- Implementing policies across food and beverage sub-departments.
