Job Description

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
• At least 1 year experience in equivalent field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant internal control or risk management experience
• Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and math skills
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, especially software and MS Office
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, and documentation
• Identifies, investigates, reconciles, and corrects records using available resources
• Reviews stock aging, item categories, and branch classification as needed
• Ensures complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported
• Recommends improvements to the internal control system
• Conducts audit follow-ups
• Records, reviews, and interprets data to determine the effectiveness of operations
• Researches discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues
• Examines records, reports, receipts, or other documents and compares them to company assets and liabilities
• Brings company strengths and weaknesses to the attention of management and provides advice as they develop responses or fixes for these issues
• Generates reports and presents findings to management or other interested parties
• Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Salary: Php14,820.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
