Job Description
Qualification:
- At least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate/BS College Degree
- At least 3 years field collection experience
- Have knowledge in collection processes
- With good customer service skill
Job Description:
- Submits sales invoices to outlets and other customers for proper countering
- Collects payments from Davao accounts and remits to Head Office promptly
- Follows up unpaid accounts through direct visits or communication
- Monitors Return Goods issuance and coordinates for proper accounting
- Prepares weekly activity report on uncollected accounts and customer visits
- Performs tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
