Job Description

Qualifications:
- A heart to serve the underserved
- Minimum of a 2-year or 4-year college degree
- Willing to work in different locations in Luzon
- Experience in finance or fieldwork is advantageous
- Training will be provided at our Head Office in Cubao, Quezon City
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Motivate and organize client groups
- Facilitate loans for members to support their businesses
- Manage loan disbursements, collections, and documentation
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Maintain positive client relationships
