Job Description
As a Field Collector, your main responsibility is to travel to various locations to collect outstanding debts from individuals or businesses. You will be required to communicate effectively with debtors to negotiate payment plans, establish a repayment schedule, and ensure timely payments.
Key tasks include visiting debtor’s homes or workplaces, updating records of collections, and maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Travel to different locations to collect debts
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors
- Update collection records and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and regulations
