Job Description
As a Field Collector at Skyro, you will recover payments from past-due customer accounts through direct field engagement. You will meet customers to negotiate repayment plans, plan efficient routes, document interactions in the system, prepare status reports, and recommend corrective actions or write-offs in accordance with company policy. The role requires sound decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to identify process improvements. This full-time, on-the-road position offers Php15,00–19,00/month, health and life insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
