Job Description
Join Lil People Company as a Field Compliance Specialist! In this essential role, you will conduct field visits to monitor operations, ensure compliance, and evaluate employee performance. You will implement and uphold company policies, provide training for staff, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Acting as the primary contact for operational concerns, you will help maintain a safe environment for children through thorough inspections. Additionally, you will document compliance issues, conduct audits, and prepare comprehensive reports.
