Job Description
RePhil Station Inc is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Field IT Assistant. As a Field IT Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing computers and peripherals
- Monitoring internet connection of offices and all stations
- Fixing CCTV concerns
- Visiting stations and satellite offices for onsite support
- Fixing network problems
- Creating email and setting up outlook
- Handling the installation and setup of workstations for new employees
- Maintaining servers: SAP/Peachtree, Payroll server, Remote desktop server
- Performing daily backups of department files (shared drive)
- Maintaining file server and Synology for backup
- Providing specifications of devices for canvassing and purchasing
- Troubleshooting cellphone problems
- Assisting with PABX and telephone concerns
- Assisting in POS implementation setup and testing
- Troubleshooting connectivity between POS and pump
- Setting up POS, computers, biometrics, and CCTV in new stations
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule.
