Job Description
- Planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of field activities including webinars, third party events and client conferences resulting in branding opportunities and lead-generation with compelling return on investment across APAC
- Support the Field Marketing team in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, Managing vendors, agencies, and contractors to complete all aspects of marketing activities,
- Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials for relevant exhibitions and conferences,
- Report on key campaign performance metrics for in person and digital events.
- 5+ years of event management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
- Desire to learn about the industry, our clients and our products to be more effective in running in-region activities.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Ability to think strategically, coupled with the focus and discipline necessary to simultaneously execute on a wide variety of tasks.
- A strong team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to produce high quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to manage events.
- Marketing degree, communication, business or equivalent preferred.
