Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
✅College level/Senior High Graduate/Vocation graduate are welcome to apply.
✅At least 1 years related work experience
✅Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
✅Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
✅Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✅Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing;
✅Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures;
✅Release loan proceeds to borrowers;
✅Expedite resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints; Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers; Ensure consistent agency management; Analyze market potential; Provide market and competitor analysis; Assist in marketing plans
