Job Description
In1go Technologies is seeking a dedicated Field Merchandising Supervisor. Your role will involve supervising day-to-day operations to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality while adhering to safety standards and budget constraints. You will lead a motivated team and ensure the delivery of high-quality service, effective communication, and compliance with legal regulations.
Your responsibilities include maintaining equipment, assisting in development plans, tracking team performance, and contributing to training initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3 years in project and operations management, and 1 year in merchandising and motorcycle driving experience.
