Job Description
Kingsbourn Outsource Services Co. is hiring full-time Field Sales Agents (Loan Officers) in Calauan, Nagcarlan, Calamba, Capas, Castillejos, and Mexico (Pampanga).
- Responsibilities: form and motivate client groups; manage disbursements, collections, and documentation; conduct weekly meetings and orientations; maintain client relations.
- Qualifications: confident, goal-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
