Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution goals within the designated territory. The Field Sales Manager will enhance distributor sales operations and lead merchandising teams to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual business plan and operational strategies for the territory.
- Ensure high execution standards and quality sales through effective team leadership.
- Promote profitable growth among key distributor customers by utilizing the Nestlé Way of Selling.
- Identify and leverage commercial opportunities by providing insights for Category and Channel Plans.
- Improve distributor sales operations through focused training and coaching initiatives.
