Job Description
The primary objective of the Field Sales Manager is to enhance Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution goals within the designated territory. This will be accomplished through effective management and development of distributor sales operations, along with the strategic deployment of merchandising teams.
Key responsibilities include leading the distributor sales leadership team in formulating annual business plans, maintaining high standards of execution, fostering profitable growth for major customers, and assisting in the development of Category and Channel Plans. The role also encompasses training and coaching distributor sales teams on Territory Development and In Call Execution.
