QUALIFICATIONS:

✅Graduate of Senior High School/ College level are welcome to apply.

✅With experience in field marketing/field sales.

✅Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.

✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.

✅Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.

✅Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.

✅Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures.

✅Release loan proceeds to borrowers.

✅Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments.

✅Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts.

✅Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies.

✅Analyzes the market’s potential.

✅Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed.

✅Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed.
