Job Description
Company: FKC Marketing
Reports to: Branch Manager
Purpose of the Position: To sell, promote, and perform sales-related services to achieve the sales target of the assigned area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Submission of Reports:
- Weekly Itinerary (Itinerary Form)
- Daily Coverage Plan (SMS or Viber Message)
e.g., Magalang- RHU, Angeles-AA Cooling
- Activity Report Adherence (OB Form)
e.g., Angeles: Prospecting Mr. Juan Dela Cruz, Presentation of quotation: Mr. John Smith
- Prospecting
- Set appointment
- Ocular (with Technician if needed)
- Presentation of quotation to client
- Customer Complaints Management
- Follow up for collection
- Must achieve a minimum of 1M per month
- Always seek at least 2 accounts per month (Dealers, Contractors, Appliance Centers, etc.)
- Quality of Accounts Receivable must be 80% on 1-30 days
- Revolving Fund Replenishment (50% of issued fund)
- Summary of the Daily Activities
- OB Form
- Receipts (Summary of Transpo, Gas, Meals, etc.)
