Job Description:
A. Deliver on Sales Targets:
- Conduct daily sales activities.
- Oversee agents’ sales activities.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Develop itineraries for agents.
- Address agent issues.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Implement marketing campaigns.
B. Develop a High-Performing Sales Team:
- Manage hiring and performance.
- Provide tools and training.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in Lending/Financing, Banking.
Job Type: Full-time; 8-hour shift.
