Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects within your designated territory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Providing excellent product knowledge and understanding customers’ needs
- Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participating in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
Requirements:
- Prior experience in field sales or relevant roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
