Job Description
People’s Credit Network Finance Co., Inc. seeks full-time Field Sales Representatives to cover Calauan, Nagcarlan, Calamba (Laguna), Capas (Tarlac), Castillejos (Zambales), and Mexico (Pampanga). Candidates must be confident, target-driven, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Key duties: form and motivate client groups; manage microloan disbursements, collections, and documentation; conduct weekly center meetings and orientations; and maintain excellent client relationships.
