Position: Field Sales Representative

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Senior High School/College level are welcome to apply.
- With experience in field marketing/field sales.
- Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
- Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
- Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with a great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.
- Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures.
- Release loan proceeds to borrowers.
- Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures and in coordination with the immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments.
- Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts.
- Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies.
- Analyses the market’s potential.
- Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed.
