Job Description
A Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in a designated geographical area. As a Field Sales Representative, your main objective is to meet and exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively presenting and demonstrating products or services.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a thorough understanding of the sales process. You must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare sales reports and maintain a comprehensive customer database
