Job Description
ARC Refreshments Corporation (RC Cola) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Sales Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a professional driver’s license with restriction codes 1, 2, and 3. Candidates should be able to drive trucks and have a background in sales, modern trade, or fieldwork experience, with supervisory experience being a plus.
The successful applicant will have strong negotiation and communication skills, a flexible schedule, and must be willing to work in the field. Please note that the position requires assignment in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Schedule: 8-hour shift
