Job Description
Optica International Trading Corporation is excited to announce an opening for a Field Sales Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives and strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility while assessing the performance of the sales team. This position also requires providing product knowledge training to new sales personnel.
Applicants should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, solid sales analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preference will be given to candidates residing in South Luzon.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php23,00.00 to Php28,00.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
