Responsibilities:
- Work in close collaboration with Territory Development Leader and office managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed, and monitoring KPI achievement.
- Must achieve area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control, and excellent merchandising.
- Support marketing activities by distributing advertising materials.
- Ensure accuracy in stock control and inventory management.
- Assist in loading and unloading of company cargo or stocks.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from High School or any vocational courses
- At least two years of field sales and driving experience in a multinational FMCG company
- Passionate about achieving individual/team objectives and the desire and ability to learn
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
- Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
