Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any computer course
- Located in Muntinlupa or Sucat, Paranaque
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Preferably with own motorcycle
- Willing to do field works
Job Description:
- Provide end-user assistance with focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence
- Manage, maintain, and provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Coordinate with senior technical support for critical issues
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Resolve incidents within agreed service levels
- Perform root cause analysis and technical reports
- Deliver quality and productivity reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships

Salary: Php17,00.00 per month
