Job Description
The Field Trainer will be responsible for equipping retail station crews with the necessary knowledge and skills through effective training programs. They will conduct lectures and on-the-ground training to ensure operation readiness.
TO-DO LIST (Can you do these?)
- Administer Jetti training programs in retail operations
- Ensure compliance with process design and modules
- Deliver training at all positional levels
- Ensure new stations operate at optimum capacity
- Provide refresher training as needed
- Collaborate with Training Manager
- Perform assigned tasks
CHECKLIST (Do you have these?)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1 year petroleum industry experience
- Valid driving license
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Enthusiastic with good people skills
- Willing to be based in Davao and work weekends/holidays
