Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains a systematic file of paperwork and checks vouchers with supporting documents per supplier (original and per branch).
- Maintains control logbook for incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, transmittals, and other records of outlets/departments.
- Maintains file copies of disbursements for fixed assets. The fixed asset file must contain supporting invoices, Purchase Orders, delivery receipts, etc., for easy reference.
- Performs other functions as required from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, Life insurance, Paid training, Pay raise, Staff meals provided
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Fixed shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Education: Senior High School (Preferred)
