Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial and accounting operations of our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Managing the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Supervising and mentoring the finance and accounting team.
- Working closely with the top management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
