Job Description
As the Accounting Supervisor at Citadel Pacific Ltd.- ROHQ, you will oversee financial activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
- Review financial data for compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.
- Develop accounting procedures for efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Liaise with departments for financial insights.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations.
- Assist in special projects.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years supervisory experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CPA License is an advantage.
