Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Admin Assistant to join our team. As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance department in various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions and maintaining financial records.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting in preparing financial reports, processing invoices and payments, conducting data entry, reconciling accounts, and assisting with other ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite. Previous experience in administrative support roles and basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles will be an advantage.
