Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Admin. As a Finance Admin, your main responsibility will be to assist in managing all financial activities of the organization. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and facilitating the budgeting process.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and monitor invoices, expenses, and payments
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to the management
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in financial software. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
