Job Description
Viventis Search Asia, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Finance & Administration Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring accounts, processing payroll, and generating essential monthly management reports.
You will also oversee daily office operations, support administrative staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is mandatory.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Php45,00.00 and Php50,00.00 per month, plus benefits, including paid training. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
