Job Description
- Shall have the ability to keep track of customer accounts receivable to pay on time.
- Shall check the accuracy and completeness of invoices and collection parked/posted/interfaced in SAP.
- Shall ensure timely bank credit confirmation and posting of customers remittance advice (RA) in SAP.
- Shall do collection analysis and clearing of customers RA and prepaid accounts.
- Shall do the daily bank reconciliation and reports on unallocated remittance.
- Shall send weekly SOA update to customers.
- Shall coordinate well with customers on A/R collection follow up and reconciliation of accounts.
- Shall meet deadlines on submission of reports required for each assigned company.
