Job Description
The Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for basic bookkeeping, reconciling account balances, assisting with clerical and administrative tasks, preparing purchase orders, and managing payment requests. You will also process and file invoices and collection receipts, prepare journal vouchers, and communicate with suppliers and clients.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration, or a similar course.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
