About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. This program is designed to equip recent graduates with valuable skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by providing exceptional service and support
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns accurately and efficiently
- Learn and apply financial services concepts

Qualifications:
- College graduate (2021-2024) with a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Admin, Accountancy, Economics, or related field
