Job Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team at HCM Nexus Consulting Inc. As a Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. Your main responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA), solid knowledge of financial software and systems, and at least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting management. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are also required for this role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing financial strategies, reducing costs, and improving financial performance.
