Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend to other functions requires by his/her immediate superior.
  • Supply Support and Services.
  • Program supplies, equipment, and maintenance of MHE’s Office Equipment needed in log operations.
  • Validating Inventory Reports.
  • Prepares & Validates Residence Time Report
  • Prepares other reports related to operations.
  • Encoding of work order activities
  • Daily monitoring of diesel consumption.
  • Preparation & Monitoring of Accrual, PR, PRM, and other Financial Reports.
  • Validates Segment/Variance Report submitted by Finance D.
  • Prepares all necessary financial documents for submission to (PRM, PCF, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Willing to travel to different places.
  • Amenable to work in Sasa and Darong Sta. Cruz.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
