Job Description
A. Finance:
- Perform collection efforts through various means.
- Process Statements of Accounts.
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Reconciliations.
- Manage Sales Invoices.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare Reports and analyze financial data.
B. Administration:
- Prepare Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
- Coordinate inventory and deliveries.
- Assist sales team and handle marketing materials.
- Review documents and handle inquiries.
- Perform Sales vs. Quota Tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Experience in account receivables/administration is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Good analytical and time management skills.
- Results-oriented and team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
