Job Description
Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, the Finance and Admin Division Manager is responsible for leading the Finance and HR & Admin team in ensuring compliance of established accounting systems and procedures. Steward the financial resources of the organization to assure attainment of goals, objectives, and target. Coordinates, communicates, and cooperates with Department Heads to implement plans and programs.
The Finance and Admin Division Manager will handle the following:
FINANCE
- General Accounting, Payable, Tax, Payroll, Revenue, Funds, Inventory, Accounts Receivable-Billing, Budget, Property Management, Risk Management.
HR & ADMINISTRATION
A. Human Resource
- Recruitment, Selection and Placements, Salary & Benefits Administration, Labor/Employee Relations, Training & Development, General Personnel Administration.
B. Administrative Services
- Transport and messengerial & Medical/Infirmary Administration
Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate of Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 5 years of experience in the same field
- Must have an Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- With Excellent communication and presentation skills
- With Excellent interpersonal relations
