Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and highly driven FINANCE ASSISTANTS to join our team. Apply now
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To process and oversee the work of financial transactions by thoroughly checking and correcting relevant financial records
- To provide support in preparing the financial reports
- To maintain, update, and retrieve the financial information from the financial database and system
- To assist in the preparation of receipts and vouchers and their relevant formats, so that the financial details can be entered correctly in the system
- To perform computations and calculations accurately, and try to identify if there are discrepancies, and if there are any errors, try to resolve them
- To verify payments and reconcile with the records
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Graduate of Finance, Accounting or any equivalent business course
- Preferably with background in disbursement
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- Applicants who can start immediately are highly prioritized
Job Type: Full-time
