Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, or any Business Administration course
- Preferably with knowledge in business to government transactions (e.g., SEC, PSE, OMB, DTI)
- Good command of English
- Willing to work at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Full-time position
Job Description: Assist lawyer in preparing legal documents, preparing affidavits, discussing case details, and organizing legal files. Assists in SEC and PSE reportorial requirements, Board of Directors meetings, and other legal duties.
