Job Description
We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Lennor Metier Consulting Philippines. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the finance department in various tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, and reconciling bank statements.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process and monitor invoices, expenses, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle general accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Finance or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
