Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review suppliers’ invoices and arrange payment accordingly
- Responsible for payroll and employee reimbursement in the Philippines
- Manage incoming funds and update AR team
- Handle bank settlement and purchase of foreign exchange
- Update cash flow reports
- Manage daily income and expenditure
- Bank account management
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Language: English fluency
- Qualification: Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics
- Experience: 2-3 years in accounting, multiple bank payments experience preferred
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Personality: Willing to learn, proactive, good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
