Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Associate to strengthen our Third Party Risk Management function by identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks posed by vendors and partners. The role involves conducting financial due diligence, analyzing financial statements, reviewing contractual terms, and monitoring vendor performance to reduce exposure.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 1–3 years’ relevant experience; strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Responsibilities: Prepare concise risk reports, coordinate with procurement and legal teams, and support implementation of remediation and risk mitigation actions.
