Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Associate to manage customer invoices, reconcile payments, and ensure accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Finance or Accounting experience and familiarity with invoice management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit invoices with accuracy.
- Update customer details on invoices.
- Send reminders for unpaid invoices.
- Collaborate to remove unpaid orders.
- Reconcile incoming payments timely.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail in financial tasks.
- Experience with invoice management systems preferred.
