Job Description
Reports to: Finance Director for Operations
Summary Responsibilities:
As a Finance Business Partner at Hospitality Innovators, Inc., you will oversee:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop budgets and analyze performance.
- Accounting and Reporting: Manage financial statements and compliance.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensure liquidity and effective cash forecasting.
- Internal Controls: Safeguard assets and conduct audits.
- Team Management: Mentor finance staff and promote skill development.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate on pricing strategies and KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
