Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. The role includes month-end close, preparation of financial statements and consolidation, accounts receivable/payable, collections, procurement, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Key responsibilities also include budgeting with variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, tax compliance, implementation of controls and systems, and preparation of KPIs, margin, and labor reports to support management decision-making.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Compensation: Php50,00/month. Benefits include opportunities for promotion, paid training, and conversion to permanent employment following successful evaluation.
