Job Description

The Finance Document Assistant is responsible for ensuring that finance documents are stored in secure locations in both hard and electronic copies that are easily accessible for reconciliation and audits. The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Receiving all finance documents from other departments for filing, and properly monitoring and controlling the flow of documents.
  • Ensuring that finance documents are complete, accurate, and error-free before filing.
  • Performing weekly and monthly reconciliation of documents recorded in the accounting system to check for any missing receipts.
  • Performing any other relevant duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a Finance-related course or any other business-related courses.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in a Construction company is preferred, but Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Hard-working, able to work under pressure, and pays attention to details.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Taguig City.
